Shipping Information

Wherever you are in the world we ship to you!

All our products are lovingly hand-made in our Dorset studio and individually packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

For UK orders please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.  Orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class post. Orders over £100 are sent using a tracked and signed for service.

International orders are shipped using a tracked airmail or courier service as standard so please allow 3-5 days for delivery to Europe, 5-7 days for USA and other International deliveries. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties that may be applied in your country - this will also apply to EU countries.

Payment

All transfers conducted through Anna Wiscombe are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Card information is not stored and and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
